Profession: Retail Management & Owner, Hardgoods Buyer for Sturtevant’s. Have worked in the industry for 35 years.
Hobbies: Waterskiing, wakesurfing, soccer
Passion: Skiing and spending time in the mountains with family & friends and time on the lake in the summer
Life Notes: My parents were both on Ski Patrol when my brother and I were born. So we went to the mountain every weekend from the start. We both fell in love with the sport and continue to ski as often as we can. I grew up racing for Crystal Mountain Alpine Club, then raced on the US Ski Team, then raced in College (Seattle University), where I won a Silver medal in DH at the World University Games. My husband and I have two kids who both love skiing, boarding and watersports. I have taught women’s specific Ski Camps for 18 years, and love helping women improve their skills and increase the size of their playground. During that time I have also helped many women select the right gear for their needs. It is super fun and very rewarding to help so many women enjoy the sport.
What does the BT Women to Women project mean for you? It is great to work with BT on this project because they are focused on producing the best gear, specifically designed by women for women.
